“St Peter’s Pals” coordinator.
Responsible To:
Parish Priest
Description of Role:
“St Peter’s Pals” is a social group to which young mothers (and fathers), with or without toddlers, are welcome. It meets every Friday 9-11am in the Parish Room.
Prepare the Parish Room on Friday mornings.
Maintain a sign-up sheet for volunteer bakers/helpers.
Budget for and maintain supplies of refreshments.
Ensure the toys are kept tidy and cleaned periodically.
Maintain register for attendees.
Support Provided:
A small group of volunteer helpers from within the group.
Time Required:
About 2 hours per week, plus time for shopping, drawing up signup sheets, register, etc
