Description of Role:       

To prepare the Altar and Sanctuary for Mass and other Church Services.

To organise the altar servers and carry out any other duties within the sacristy requested by the Priest

Open Church as and when required

Support Provided:         
From Parish Priest and other sacristans

Time Required:              
Variable according to the Service one is on duty for. Normally you would be in church 20-30 minutes before the service starts and 10-15 minutes after the service ends.
