Outreach - SCIAF Project

The current SCIAF fundraising team consists of John Smith (Leader) and Anne Marie Douglas (Treasurer/200 Club). In the 17 years since forming we have raised £121,000 as a parish community.

We have several annual events such as the ceilidh and the carol service which together with the 200 Club are our main sources of income.

Role:
Raise funds for SCIAF

Responsible to:
SCIAF

Description of role:

Liaise with parish fund raisers to encourage funds

Raise awareness of Parish SCIAF project

Ensure targets for fund raising are being met

Coordinate with SCIAF officials

Liaise with parish priest on SCIAF matters

Review annual financial returns

Attend SCIAF conferences

Manage work of treasurer

Assist with 200 Club fund raising

Ensure parish projects are suitably published

Support Provided:
200 club treasurer and organiser

Time Required:
About 6 days per year
